The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- When played by women, it is called camogie, which shares a common Gaelic root.
- One of Ireland's native Gaelic games, it shares a number of features with Gaelic football, such as the field and goals, the number of players and much terminology.
- The objective of the game is for players to use an ash wood stick called a hurl or hurley to hit a small ball called a sliotar between the opponent's goalposts either over the crossbar for one point or under the crossbar into a net guarded by a goalkeeper for three points.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Hurling article was read about 370,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 73 and blocks with 65: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
How to get Hurling
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
