The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- They act as spools around which DNA winds to create structural units called nucleosomes.
- Nucleosomes in turn are wrapped into 30-nanometer fibers that form tightly packed chromatin.
- Histones prevent DNA from becoming tangled and protect it from DNA damage.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Histone article was read about 43,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 84 and blocks with 90: each hit it takes is cut by 36 %.
