The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Very little is known of his early life.
- His followers seized the formidable mountain fortress of Alamūt in 1090 or 1091 and established it as the principal power centre of the Nizari movement.
- Although the movement later became particularly associated with assassination, al-Sabbah did not introduce assassination as a religious duty, since the practice had already been employed by other sects, and it is not clear that he himself even advocated it.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Hasan-i Sabbah article was read about 160,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 70 and blocks with 65: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
