The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The name is a portmanteau by elision of "gust front tornado", as gustnadoes form due to non-tornadic straight-line wind features in the downdraft, specifically within the gust front of strong thunderstorms.
- Gustnadoes tend to be noticed when the vortices loft sufficient debris or form condensation clouds to be visible, although it is the wind that makes the gustnado, similar to tornadoes.
- As these eddies very rarely connect from the surface to the cloud base, they are very rarely considered tornadoes.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Gustnado article was read about 24,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 51 and blocks with 20: each hit it takes is cut by 8 %.
