The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The city has a population of 105,795, making it the sixth largest city in Portugal.
- Because of its high cultural and historical value, Funchal is one of Portugal's main tourist attractions, it is also popular as a destination for New Year's Eve, and it is the leading Portuguese port on cruise liner dockings.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Funchal article was read about 370,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 79 and blocks with 76: each hit it takes is cut by 30 %.
