The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The soils usually consist of clays, silts, sands, and gravels deposited during floods.
- Because of regular flooding, floodplains frequently have high soil fertility since nutrients are deposited with the flood waters.
- This can encourage farming, some important agricultural regions, such as the Nile and Mississippi river basins, heavily exploit floodplains.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Floodplain article was read about 61,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 71 and blocks with 67: each hit it takes is cut by 27 %.
