The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- He reigned from 28 September 189 until his abdication and subsequent end of the dynasty on 11 December 220.
- Liu Xie was a son of Liu Hong and was a younger half-brother of his predecessor, Liu Bian.
- In 189, at the age of eight, he became emperor after the warlord Dong Zhuo, who had seized control of the Han central government, deposed Emperor Shao and replaced him with Liu Xie.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Emperor Xian of Han article was read about 66,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 68 and blocks with 49: each hit it takes is cut by 20 %.
