The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The award was formerly also awarded to members of armed forces of other Commonwealth countries.
- The DSC is "awarded in recognition of an act or acts of exemplary gallantry during active operations against the enemy at sea." Since 1979, it can be awarded posthumously.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Distinguished Service Cross article was read about 39,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 61 and blocks with 52: each hit it takes is cut by 21 %.
