Democratic Republic of the Congo passport, a Common card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• On 1 January 2010, the Government officially invalidated all passports not of the series OB, even if the expiry date was beyond 1 January 2010.
• Because passports not of the series OB were no longer considered valid travel documents from that date onwards, holders were obliged to apply for new DRC passports in order to travel.
• Under a previous 2015 agreement, the passport cost $185.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Democratic Republic of the Congo passport article was read about 5,300 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 46 and blocks with 25: each hit it takes is cut by 10 %.

Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
