College of Cardinals, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• As of 3 August 2026, there are 240 cardinals, of whom 116 are eligible to vote in a conclave to elect a new pope.
• Appointed by the pope, cardinals serve for life, but become ineligible to participate in a conclave if they turn 80 before a papal vacancy occurs.
• Since the emergence of the College of Cardinals in the Early Middle Ages, the size of the body has historically been limited by popes, ecumenical councils ratified by the pope, and the College itself.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The College of Cardinals article was read about 88,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 72 and blocks with 71: each hit it takes is cut by 28 %.
