Bill Sienkiewicz, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• He is the co-creator of the character David Haller / Legion, the basis for the FX television series Legion.
• Sienkiewicz's work in the 1980s was considered revolutionary in mainstream US comics due to his highly stylized art that verged on abstraction and made use of oil painting, photorealism, collage, mimeograph, and other forms generally uncommon in comic books.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Bill Sienkiewicz article was read about 43,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 74 and blocks with 65: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
