The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It is the third largest city of Bihar by population and also serves the headquarters of Bhagalpur district, Bhagalpur division, and Eastern Range.
- It is known as the Silk City and also listed for development under the Smart Cities Mission by the Government of India.
- It is the only district in Bihar after capital city Patna where three major higher educational institutions, IIIT Bhagalpur, TMBU, and Agriculture University are located.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Bhagalpur article was read about 81,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 76 and blocks with 70: each hit it takes is cut by 28 %.
