The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It had a population of 28,591 people, as of 2017.
- The city's economy is strongly linked to tourism, especially during the Christmas period, when Christians embark on a pilgrimage to the Church of the Nativity, which is revered as the location of the birth of Jesus.
- A possible first mention of Bethlehem is in the Amarna correspondence of ancient Egypt, dated to 1350–1330 BCE, although that reading is uncertain.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Bethlehem article was read about 580,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 87 and blocks with 97: each hit it takes is cut by 39 %.
