The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- He founded the 'Round City' of Madinat al-Salam, which was to become the core of imperial Baghdad.
- Modern historians regard al-Mansur as the real founder of the Abbasid Caliphate, one of the largest polities in world history, for his role in stabilizing and institutionalizing the dynasty.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Al-Mansur article was read about 98,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 73 and blocks with 83: each hit it takes is cut by 33 %.
