The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

During his career, he served as Foreign Affairs Minister, Education Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister of Israel.
He was the second ambassador to the United States and the first Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations.
He was also vice president of the United Nations General Assembly and president of the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Why it is Uncommon

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Abba Eban article was read about 51,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 69 and blocks with 64: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
