The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Luther wrote the words and composed the hymn tune between 1527 and 1529.
- It has been translated into English at least seventy times and also into many other languages.
- The words are mostly original, although the first line paraphrases that of Psalm 46.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The A Mighty Fortress Is Our God article was read about 46,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 66 and blocks with 47: each hit it takes is cut by 19 %.
