The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- A descendant of Rollo, he was Duke of Normandy from 1035 onward.
- By 1060, following a long struggle, his hold on Normandy was secure.
- In 1066, following the death of Edward the Confessor, William invaded England, leading a Franco-Norman army to victory over the Anglo-Saxon forces of Harold Godwinson at the Battle of Hastings.
Why it is Legendary
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The William the Conqueror article was read about 2,300,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 85 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
