The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Ruled by the pope, it is an enclave within the city of Rome, Italy, and serves as the administrative centre of the Catholic Church.
- Vatican City is governed by the See of Rome, commonly known as the Holy See, itself a sovereign entity under international law, which maintains its temporal power, governance, diplomacy, and spiritual independence.
- Vatican is also used as a metonym for the Holy See, which is the central governing body of the Catholic Church and Vatican City, comprising the pope and the Roman Curia.
Why it is Legendary
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Vatican City article was read about 1,400,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 89 and blocks with 93: each hit it takes is cut by 37 %.
