The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- He invented the title huángdì rather than reuse the existing title for "king", the new title was used by monarchs in China and other countries for the next two millennia.
- Born in Handan, the capital of Zhao, as Ying Zheng or Zhao Zheng, his parents were King Zhuangxiang of Qin and Lady Zhao.
- The wealthy merchant Lü Buwei assisted him in succeeding his father as the king of Qin, after which he became King Zheng of Qin.
Why it is Legendary
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Qin Shi Huang article was read about 1,100,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 84 and blocks with 98: each hit it takes is cut by 39 %.
