The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- He was executed by the Spanish following a months-long pursuit after the fall of the Neo-Inca State.
- His name is derived from the Quechua words thupaq, meaning "royal" or "shining" and amaru, which can either mean "snake" or refer to the snake-like being from Andean mythology.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Túpac Amaru article was read about 91,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 62 and blocks with 29: each hit it takes is cut by 12 %.
