Trombone, an Uncommon card
The trombone is a musical instrument in the brass family. As with all brass instruments, sound is produced when the player's lips vibrate inside a mouthpiece, causing the air column inside the instrument to vibrate.

The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Nearly all trombones use a telescoping slide mechanism to alter the pitch instead of the valves used by other brass instruments.
- The valve trombone is an exception, using three valves similar to those on a trumpet, and the superbone has valves and a slide.
- The word trombone derives from Italian tromba and -one, so the name means 'large trumpet'.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Trombone article was read about 150,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 82 and blocks with 55: each hit it takes is cut by 22 %.
How to get Trombone
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
