The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- A censored version, with several chapters cut by editors, was published posthumously in Moscow magazine in 1966–1967 by his widow Elena Bulgakova.
- The manuscript was first published as a book in 1967, in Paris, France.
- A samizdat version circulated that included parts cut out by official censors, and these were incorporated in a 1969 version published in Frankfurt.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The The Master and Margarita article was read about 510,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 87 and blocks with 85: each hit it takes is cut by 34 %.
