The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

It is the prefecture of the Bas-Rhin department and the official seat of the European Parliament.
In 2023, the city had 294,229 inhabitants, while Greater Strasbourg had a population of 522,596.
Strasbourg's metropolitan area had a population of 875,163 the same year, making it the eighth-largest metro area in France and home to 14% of the Grand Est region's inhabitants.

Why it is Epic

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Strasbourg article was read about 610,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 84 and blocks with 77: each hit it takes is cut by 31 %.
