The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- About two thirds of pupils in the Netherlands attend particular education.
- Particular schools are comparable to the concept of a charter school, with the additional characteristic of being grounded in a particular religious denomination or educational philosophy, although confusingly many state-operated schools also have chosen a distinct educational philosophy.
- Particular education is not to be confused with "speciaal onderwijs", which refers to schools specialized to deal with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Special school article was read about 1,700 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 52 and blocks with 31: each hit it takes is cut by 12 %.
