The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Solar panels use the photovoltaic effect to convert light into an electric current.
- Concentrated solar power systems use lenses or mirrors and solar tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight to a hot spot, often to drive a steam turbine.
- Photovoltaics were initially solely used as a source of electricity for small and medium-sized applications, from the calculator powered by a single solar cell to remote homes powered by an off-grid rooftop PV system.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Solar power article was read about 140,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 85 and blocks with 97: each hit it takes is cut by 39 %.

Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
