The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It clamped on to the hem and was attached to the belt by a cord, ribbon, or chain.
- The first skirt lifters date from around 1846 and they were most popular from the 1860s to 1880s.
- Costume designer Penny Rose chose a skirt lifter as her hypothetical donation to the imaginary museum in an August 2017 episode of BBC Radio 4's The Museum of Curiosity.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Skirt lifter article was read about 3,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 36 and blocks with 18: each hit it takes is cut by 7 %.
