- As a canon of St Andrews Cathedral Priory, he was elected prior of St Andrews in either 1211 or 1212.
- Simon, like his predecessor Thomas, was said by Inchcolm historian Walter Bower to have fallen out with the brothers of St Andrews and consequently to have resigned his post as prior.
- Subsequently, Simon became Prior of Loch Leven.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Simon, Prior of St Andrews article was read about 140 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 43 and blocks with 24: each hit it takes is cut by 10 %.
