The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It took place in AD 359 when the Sasanian army under king Shapur II invaded the eastern provinces of the Roman Empire.
- Shapur wanted to exploit the absence of the Roman Emperor Constantius II who was overseeing affairs in the western part of the Empire.
- The city fell after a siege of 73 days.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Siege of Amida article was read about 10,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 63 and blocks with 60: each hit it takes is cut by 24 %.
