The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It is an eclectic, popular work, whose central task is the exposition of the principles of Judaism.
- The work contains several internal contradictions.
- While most scholars see this as indicating Sefer HaIkkarim is an eclectic work, lacking originality and vision, recent scholars instead see this as one of Albo's methods for conveying esoteric messages.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Sefer HaIkkarim article was read about 3,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 59 and blocks with 31: each hit it takes is cut by 12 %.
