The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- They may also be used to house those awaiting trial.
- Prisons serve two primary functions within the criminal-justice system: holding people charged with crimes while they await trial, and confining those who have pleaded guilty or been convicted to serve out their sentences.
- Prisons can also be used as a tool for political repression by authoritarian regimes who detain perceived opponents for political crimes, often without a fair trial or due process, this use is illegal under most forms of international law governing fair administration of justice.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Prison article was read about 210,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 91 and blocks with 89: each hit it takes is cut by 36 %.
