The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The leaves are often confused with betel, but they lack the intense taste of the betel leaves and are significantly smaller.
- Piper lolot is now known to be the same species.
- Under this name it is cultivated for its leaf which is used in Lao and Vietnamese cuisine as a flavoring wrap for grilling meats, namely the thịt bò nướng lá lốt in Vietnam.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Piper sarmentosum article was read about 20,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 55 and blocks with 35: each hit it takes is cut by 14 %.
