The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The pineapple is native to South America, where it has been cultivated for many centuries.
- The introduction of the pineapple plant to Europe in the 17th century made it a significant cultural icon of luxury.
- Since the 1820s, pineapple has been commercially grown in greenhouses and many tropical plantations.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Pineapple article was read about 550,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 78 and blocks with 99: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
