The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- All eight PGM-1s were converted from SC-497-class submarine chasers.
- The PGM-1s were created to support PT boats in the Pacific, but were too slow to keep up.
- The PGM-1s were discontinued and the PGM-9s, also too slow, were shifted to support minesweeping ships instead.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The PGM-1-class motor gunboat article was read about 4,400 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 36 and blocks with 5: each hit it takes is cut by 2 %.
