The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

In 2023, he was elected to a minority party seat alongside incumbent Kendra Brooks in his second run for council as a member of the Working Families Party.
This caused Republicans to not have any at-large seats on the City Council for the first time since 1952, when the current system was established.

Why it is Common

ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 42 and blocks with 18: each hit it takes is cut by 7 %.
