The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The southwest entrance to this channel was seen by Eduard Dallmann, leader of the German 1873-74 expedition, who named it Roosen Channel.
- The Belgian Antarctic Expedition, 1897–99, under Gerlache, sailed through the channel and named it for Georg von Neumayer.
- The second name has been approved because of more general usage.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Neumayer Channel article was read about 1,100 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 35 and blocks with 15: each hit it takes is cut by 6 %.
