The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- He was the country's first black head of state and the first elected in a fully representative democratic election.
- His government focused on dismantling the legacy of apartheid by tackling institutionalised racism and fostering racial reconciliation.
- Ideologically an African nationalist and socialist, he served as President of the African National Congress party from 1991 to 1997.
Why it is Legendary
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Nelson Mandela article was read about 2,100,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 95 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
