The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The NSO was established in 2003, in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks and became fully operational in 2007.
- Early 2014, the NSO merged into the newly created Joint Sigint Cyber Unit.
- The facilities of the NSO were a high frequency radio interception station in Eibergen in the Berkelland municipality, and a satellite ground station in Burum in the Kollumerland c.a. municipality.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Nationale SIGINT Organisatie article was read about 1,300 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 37 and blocks with 14: each hit it takes is cut by 6 %.
