The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- As a general rule, each municipality is further subdivided into parishes, the municipalities in the north of the country usually have a higher number of parishes.
- Six municipalities are composed of only one parish, and Barcelos, with 61 parishes, has the most.
- Corvo is, by law, the only municipality with no parishes.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Municipalities of Portugal article was read about 14,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 58 and blocks with 26: each hit it takes is cut by 10 %.
