The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Hasan al-Askari, the eleventh Imam, died in AH 260, possibly poisoned by the Abbasids.
- Immediately after his death, his main representative, Uthman ibn Sa'id al-Asadi, claimed that the eleventh Imam had an infant son named Muhammad, who was kept hidden from the public out of fear of Abbasid persecution.
- Uthman also claimed to represent Muhammad, who had entered a state of occultation.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Muhammad al-Mahdi article was read about 250,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 78 and blocks with 86: each hit it takes is cut by 34 %.
