The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Each double-legged segment is a result of two single segments fused together.
- Most millipedes have very elongated cylindrical or flattened bodies with more than 20 segments, while pill millipedes are shorter and can roll into a tight ball.
- Although the name "millipede" derives from Latin for "thousand feet", no species was known to have 1,000 or more until the discovery in 2020 of Eumillipes persephone, which can have over 1,300 legs.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Millipede article was read about 260,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 84 and blocks with 96: each hit it takes is cut by 38 %.
How to get Millipede
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
