Metric system, a Rare card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• Among many systems of measurement, the metric system refers to ones, each standardises a set of base units and a nomenclature describing relatively large and small quantities using decimal-based multiplicative unit prefixes.
• The International System of Units is a good example, and there are other widely accepted systems mainly used in specific fields, such as the Gaussian units for electromagnetism.
• Though rules governing the metric system have changed over time, the modern definition in the International System of Units prescribes the metric prefixes and seven base units: metre, kilogram, second, ampere, kelvin, mole, and candela.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Metric system article was read about 240,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 74 and blocks with 71: each hit it takes is cut by 28 %.
