Joseph Lambert, a Common card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• Lambert had previously been the president of the Senate from 2006 to 2008 and from 2018 to 2019.
• He was sanctioned by Canadian and American authorities for his involvement in the global illicit drug trade, corruption, and gross violations of human rights on 4 November 2022.
• His claim to the presidency following the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse was disputed, due to a lack of constitutional guidance and the fact that only ten elected senators remained in the legislative body.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Joseph Lambert article was read about 2,500 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 55 and blocks with 27: each hit it takes is cut by 11 %.
