John Rae, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• He was a pioneer explorer of the Northwest Passage.
• Rae explored the Gulf of Boothia, northwest of the Hudson Bay, from 1846 to 1847, and the Arctic coast near Victoria Island from 1848 to 1851.
• In 1854, back in the Gulf of Boothia, he obtained credible information from local Inuit about the fate of John Franklin and his lost expedition, which had disappeared in the area in 1848.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The John Rae article was read about 29,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 71 and blocks with 46: each hit it takes is cut by 18 %.
