JICA Research Institute, a Common card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• JICA-RI was established as a research wing of the Japan International Cooperation Agency on October 1, 2008.
• In the University of Pennsylvania's 2014 Global Go To Think Tanks Report, JICA-RI is ranked at the highest in the category of international development among institutions in Japan, which is followed by other institutions such as Institute of Developing Economies, JETRO, Japan Institute of International Affairs, and Global Industrial and Social Progress Research Institute.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The JICA Research Institute article was read about 620 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 48 and blocks with 22: each hit it takes is cut by 9 %.

Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
