The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Known by the title al-Sadiq, Ja'far was the eponymous founder of the Ja'fari school of Islamic jurisprudence.
- In the canonical Twelver hadith collections, more traditions are cited from Ja'far than that of the other Imams combined, although their attribution to him is questionable, making it hard to determine his actual teachings.
- Among the theological contributions ascribed to him are the doctrine of nass and isma, as well as that of taqiya.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Ja'far al-Sadiq article was read about 170,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 82 and blocks with 89: each hit it takes is cut by 36 %.
