The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The ICDC was controlled by Combined Joint Task Force 7.
- The idea originated from the 101st Airborne Division as a means of using unemployed former Iraqi military personnel and tribal militias to supplement the scarce U.S. military footprint.
- The ICDC was replaced by the National Guard.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Iraqi Civil Defense Corps article was read about 1,700 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 55 and blocks with 30: each hit it takes is cut by 12 %.
