The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The reservation's government is autonomous but subject to regulations passed by the United States Congress, and is administered by the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs.
- It is not subject however, to a state or local government of the U.S. state in which it is located.
- Some of the country's 574 federally recognized tribes govern more than one of the 326 Indian reservations in the United States, while some share reservations, and others have no reservation at all.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Indian reservation article was read about 290,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 83 and blocks with 95: each hit it takes is cut by 38 %.
