The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- He distinguished himself as a soldier, eventually drawing the attention of Mysore's rulers.
- Rising to the post of Dalavayi to Krishnaraja Wodeyar II, he came to dominate the titular monarch and the Mysore government.
- He became the de facto ruler of Mysore as Sarvadhikari by 1761, and served as its primary military leader in intermittent conflicts against the East India Company during the first and second Anglo-Mysore wars.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Hyder Ali article was read about 150,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 83 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
