The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The project differs from most HVDC systems in that one of the two converter stations is built on a platform in the sea.
- Voltage-Sourced Converters with DC ratings of 690 MW, ±320 kV are used and the total cable length is 130 km.
- The project was built by the Siemens/Prysmian consortium with the offshore platform built by Heerema in Zwijndrecht, Netherlands.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The HVDC HelWin2 article was read about 620 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 45 and blocks with 19: each hit it takes is cut by 8 %.
