The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

With approximately 375 species and 113 genera, they occur from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego, but most species are found in Central and South America.
As of 2026, 21 hummingbird species are listed as endangered or critically endangered, with about 255 species declining in population.
Hummingbirds have varied specialized characteristics to enable rapid, maneuverable flight: exceptional metabolic capacity, adaptations to high altitude, sensitive visual and communication abilities, and long-distance migration in some species.

Why it is Rare

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Hummingbird article was read about 500,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 93 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
